You may have many questions about our business, cupcakes, cakes or delivery. We have answered as many questions as we can think of...we believe in being helpful and upfront.

• Where do you deliver to and how much do you charge?

We can deliver everywhere! Deliveries within 5 miles of our bakery (at GL50 3PN) are free of charge with a minimum spend of £24. For deliveries under this amount a £3 surcharge will apply.

Further afield delivery costs are as follows:

6-10 miles    -  £7

11-20 miles  -  £14

21-30 miles  -  £22

31-40 miles  -  £31

40+ miles     -  please call for a quote 

• How far in advance should I order?

It is best to order as soon as you know the date for your occasion, however, please do call us on 0871 288 0934 | 07828 66 89 32 if you have a shorter time frame.

• Can you customise cupcakes to order?

Yes, we pride ourselves on working with our clients to create bespoke cupcakes just for you. Please browse through our latest image gallery for inspiration.

• How should I store Vanilla Pod cupcakes and cakes?
  

Storing our cupcakes and cakes in airtight containers at room temperature will ensure the best longevity.  We do not recommend storing our cakes in the fridge unless they have a fresh cream or cream-cheese frosting.

• How do I place order?

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made by bank transfer, cash, paypal, or cheque.

• Do Vanilla Pod products contain nuts?

We do have nuts in our bakery so there may be traces of nuts in our products.

• Do you have health and safety certificates?

Yes! We have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. 

• How many calaories do you cakes and cupcakes contain?

As you might expect, cupcakes and cakes are high in calories and saturated fat. We do not like compromise on flavour so we cannot offer low fat or reduced sugar options. We believe that cupcakes are a treat and should be consumed in moderation as part of a well balanced diet.

• Do you bake gluten free and dairy free cakes.
  

Yes, we bake both gluten free and dairy free cakes. Please specify when ordering.

• Where do you source your ingredients?
  

We use locally sourced ingredients for our flour (Shipton Mill) and free range eggs, and lovely local creamy butter.
