Should you wish to commission a Vanilla Pod cupcake tower for your wedding, please contact us to arrange a personal tasting and consultation at our small bakery in St Georges Place, Cheltenham. This service is complementary and will give you an opportunity to sample our delicious flavours and browse through our extensive portfolio. To help us guide you in finding the perfect design for your wedding, please bring along anything that might inspire your dream cupcake tower, such as a swatch of fab from your dress, a picture of your flowers and/or colour swatches.
All of our cupcakes are made-to-order and any designs from our collection can be customised to your specifications. During the consultation we can advise on the style and quantities of cupcake to suit the number of guests and the venue. We can also discuss details unique to your wedding such as colour scheme, the reception flowers, the style of your wedding dress, or perhaps a monogram from your invitation can inspire the look of your cupcake tower. There are many options to choose from and we will help you to find a design that perfectly reflects your personal style and provides a stunning wedding cupcake tower at your reception.
If you would like something completely different and unique for your special day then we relishe the creative challenge and look forward to designing a cake just for you. After the initial tasting consulation we will prepare detailed design sketches and 3D samples with a full quotation for your approval.
If you would like your cupcake tower to be decorated with fresh flowers, we recommend that these are provided by your florist prior to design to ensure that the decoration of your cake coordinates perfectly with your reception flowers and bouquet. Our design quotations do not include fresh flowers; however, we are happy to liasise with your florist prior to the wedding and discuss requirements and set-up arrganements for your wedding day.
Our cupcakes have three different price brackets and start from £1.00 per bite size, £2.00 per regular size and £3.00 per indulgent size. The cupcake sizes can be mixed up to create your ideal wedding cupcake tower.
As part of our service we offer personal delivery and set-up, we can also liaise with your venue to schedule a delivery slot and to check that all arrangements for assembly such as the cake stand, knife and cake table have been taken care of. Our delivery service will be charged on an hourly basis and is determined by the travel distance and the time and labour required for assembling the cake. Prices are available on request; please contact us for a quotation.
If you wish to collect your order from The Vanilla Pod Bakery we will provide you with full transport, assembly and storage instructions where required. Please note that once collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the order is with the client and The Vanilla Pod Bakery are not liable for any damages thereafter.
